Viveve -24% on $6.8M share offering Nanocap Viveve Medical (NASDAQ: VIVE fallen 23.6% filing to offer up to $6.8M in shares It entered into a sales agreement with Ladenburg Thalmann to sell the placement. Net proceeds would go to support continued commercialization of its products globally, to gain additional regulatory clearances, and to conduct the VIVEVE II Sexual Function and LIBERATE - International and LIBERATE - U.S. SUI clinical trials.
