Dallas, TX, Oct. 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vivakor, Inc. (“Vivakor” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: VIVK), an integrated energy infrastructure & environmental services company, today announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreements with a single fundamental institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 10,909,090 shares of its common stock and 5,000,000 pre-funded warrants in a registered direct offering, for gross proceeds of approximately $3.5 million, before deducting commissions and offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about October 27, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. D.
