(Nasdaq: VIVK) (“Vivakor” or the “Company”), an integrated provider of energy transportation, storage, reuse, and remediation services, today announced that its commodities trading platform, Vivakor Supply & Trading (“VST”), in cooperation with its financing wholesaler, initiated its first major commodity transaction. VST’s commodities operations are responsible for arranging transportation, logistics, and gathering operations for commodities purchased, as well as coordinating their sale to prospective buyers.
