Valeritas Holdings (NASDAQ: VLRX ) prices its public offering of 75M shares of common stock and series A & series B warrants to purchase 75M shares of common stock, respectively, for gross proceeds of $36M, at a price of $0.48 per share and accompanying warrants. The series A and B warrants have an exercise price of $0.60 and $0.48 per share, respectively. Net proceeds will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. Closing date is November 20. Shares are down premarket.
