I expect CBL to deliver solid Q4 2025 results and unveil a bullish 2026 forecast, which may provide a catalyst for the shares in the near term. Over the long term, CBL's significant retained earnings will allow for a gradual reduction in the company's high leverage. Non-recourse debt also adds optionality to management decisions. I maintain a buy rating on CBL as the shares trade at just 4.6x my 2026 AFFO outlook, which conservatively factors in no net operating income growth. A downside surprise in U.S. GDP growth and/or a reversal of recent occupancy gains may lead CBL to underperform my 2026 expectations.
