Vodafone Group shares rose after the company returned to top-line growth in its biggest market, Germany, after being dragged by regulatory changes in the country for more than a year. The U.K. telecommunications company sold its business in countries including Italy and Spain in recent years, increasing its reliance on Germany. But its results there were hit for several quarters by a regulatory change that prevented landlords from bundling TV services with rental agreements.
