BOSTON Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockpoint, a Boston-based real estate private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of The Morgan Provost Square ("The Morgan"), a Class A apartment community located in the Waterfront submarket of Jersey City, New Jersey. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Rockpoint Group, L.L.C. (PRNewsfoto/Rockpoint Group, L.L.C.) The Morgan includes 417 multifamily units, 372 covered parking spaces and approximately 12,700 square feet of fully leased ground floor retail space across five suites.
