(NASDAQ: VRSN), a global provider of critical internet infrastructure and domain name registry services, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025.Fourth Quarter Financial ResultsVeriSign, Inc. and subsidiaries (“Verisign”) reported revenue of $425 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, up 7.5 percent from the same quarter in 2024. Operating income was $285 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $264 million for the same quarter of 2024. Verisign reported net income of $206 million and diluted earnings per share (diluted “EPS”) of $2.23 for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to net income of $191 million and diluted EPS of $2.00 for the same quarter in 2024.2025 Financial ResultsVerisign reported revenue of $1.66 billion for 2025, up 6.4 percent from 2024.
