Vertiv Holdings Co. (NYSE:VRT) has agreed to acquire ThermoKey S.p.A., an EMEA based manufacturer of advanced heat exchangers and cooling solutions for data centers. The deal is aimed at broadening Vertiv's thermal management portfolio and manufacturing footprint for high density AI data center cooling architectures. This transaction extends Vertiv's recent activity beyond high profile partnerships and index events, adding more in house hardware capabilities focused on AI infrastructure demand. Vertiv is best known for power, cooling and infrastructure solutions that keep data centers and critical facilities running.
