SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vasta Platform Limited (NASDAQ: VSTA) – “Vasta” or the “Company” announces today its financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2025 (3Q25) ended September 30, 2025. Financial results are expressed in Brazilian Reais and are presented in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS Accounting Standards).HIGHLIGHTSIn the 2025 sales cycle (which commenced 4Q24 through 3Q25), net revenue increased 13.6% to R$1,737 million compared to the same period of the 2024 sales cycle, mostly due to the conversion of Annual Contract Value (“ACV”) bookings into revenue. In 3Q25, net revenue totaled R$250 million, a 13.4% increase compared to the same period of the previous year.
