Nikola launched in 205 with a vision of a zero-emission future and has become a global leader in zero-emissions heavy-duty trucks, with more than $0 billion in pre-order leases to date. The boards of both companies unanimously approved the proposal and expect it to be completed during the second quarter of 2020 at an enterprise value of $3.3 billion.
