MEXICO CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Vesta”) (NYSE: VTMX; BMV: VESTA), a fully-integrated, internally managed real estate company that owns, manages, develops and leases industrial properties in Mexico, today announced that it intends to offer senior unsecured notes (the “Notes”) in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and outside the United States to non U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.
