(NYSE: VTR) (“Ventas” or the “Company”) today reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.CEO Remarks“Ventas delivered strong financial performance and growth in the third quarter as we continued to execute on our 1-2-3 strategy. Results in the quarter were powered by our senior housing operating portfolio (SHOP), which experienced broad-based demand and grew organically year-over-year by double digits,” said Debra A. Cafaro, Ventas Chairman and CEO.“We have also completed $2.2 billion in senior housing acquisitions in attractive markets year to date.
