VUZI's fundamentals remain weak: revenue is small, gross margins are negative, and the balance sheet relies heavily on external funding, not customer demand. Despite promising partnerships with Quanta, Amazon, and others, near-term revenue and margin improvements are unlikely, and dilution risks persist. Given the high valuation and lack of clear financial momentum, I maintain a hold rating, awaiting stronger execution and P&L evidence.
