CAMPBELL, Calif., Aug. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VIVUS, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVUS) (the “Company”), a biopharmaceutical company, today announced the appointment of Ken Suh to the position of President. Previously, Mr. Suh was President and CEO of Willow Biopharma Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of VIVUS, Inc. As President of VIVUS, Mr. Suh will work to advance the Company toward its core objectives of product portfolio optimization and enterprise value creation. Mr. Suh founded Willow Biopharma Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, in 2015 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer. In April 2018, Willow Biopharma Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of VIVUS. Prior to establishing Willow, he founded KRIM Biopharma Inc., where he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director.
