ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NCR Voyix Corporation (NYSE: VYX) (“NCR Voyix” or the “Company”), a platform-powered leader in unified commerce for shopping and dining, announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has authorized an incremental increase to the Company’s existing share repurchase program, bringing the total authorization under the program to $300 million.“This buyback authorization reinforces the confidence of the Board and management in the strength and trajectory of the Company as we maintain a disciplined capital allocation strategy,” stated James G.
