VANCOUVER, BC March 5, 2024 /CNW/ - Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSXV: VCU) (OTCQB: VCUFF) ( FRANKFURT : 97E0) (" Vizsla Copper " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 23,076,923 units (the " Units ") at a price of per Unit for gross proceeds of up to (the " Offering Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (each, a " Share ") and one common share purchase warrant (each, a " Warrant "). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one additional Share (each, a " Warrant Share ") at a price of per Warrant Share until the date which is 36 months following the Closing Date (as defined below). The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for further exploration and general working capital purposes. Closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or about April 4, 2024 (the " Closing Date ") and is subject to customary closing conditions, including the Company's receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval.
