DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (Nasdaq: WBA) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of unsecured, unsubordinated notes consisting of:$500,000,000 3.200% notes due 2030$1,000,000,000 4.100% notes due 2050The sale of the notes is expected to close on April 15, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. WBA intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.The joint book-running managers for the offering are: J.P.
