USB maintains a Buy rating on the stock and increased its price target to from $120. The main source of short-term growth will likely come from Disney's streaming services due to subscriber growth, a phased crackdown on password sharing, price increases and more advertising, according to USB. "The consolidation of Hulu in the U.S. should also drive engagement and help streamline operations, boosting streaming margins," said USB's John Hodulik and others in a note Wednesday. "We also expect the Content segment to turn profitable with incrementally higher licensing revenues and improved box office with the new slate." Disney is also involved in a new sports venture with Fox ( FOX ) and Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD Disney's parks and cruise segments are also likely to grow as the company is investing $30B in parks and resorts and $12B in cruises over the next several years.
