Risks include the deal falling through and a subsequent price decline or missing out on a higher bid if selling early. Post-merger, I see potential in NFLX due to enhanced monetization. I believe that the current Netflix valuation is way ahead of the business fundamentals. I do like the post-merger business model, though.
