Advertising has turned cyclical, down 8.9% YoY in 3Q25, while IP revenue has surged, but all remains timing-driven and volatile. Adjusted EBITDA has fallen from $28.9M in 3Q24 to $5.1M in 3Q25, and 4Q25 guidance implies an EBITDA loss of $1.5M to $6.5M.
