BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its previously announced offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2033 in a private placement that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (“Securities Act”).The notes will bear interest at a rate equal to 6.625% per annum and will be issued at par. The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by certain of the Company’s subsidiaries.The Company intends to use the proceeds from the notes offering to reduce the outstanding principal amount under its existing senior secured term loan agreement, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes. The closing of the notes offering is expected to occur on March 14, 2025, subject to market and other customary conditions.The notes have not been and will not be registered un
