software firm Achievers jointly announced the availability of Workday Recognition. Workday Recognition is an artificial-intelligence-powered employee recognition and rewards solution, which is provided by Achievers, and embedded directly into Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. Workday (WDAY) Embeds AI-Powered Employee Recognition Into Its HR Platform This tool ensures that recognition activity happens natively within Workday, the company said. It means that employees can recognize peers and redeem rewards all in one place. On the other hand, HR teams no longer need to juggle separate systems for HR management and employee engagement, Workday stated.
