SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:WDFC) today announced that its board of directors declared on Monday, March 16, 2026, a quarterly dividend of $1.02 per share, payable April 30, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 17, 2026.The Company also announced that it has scheduled its second quarter 2026 earnings conference call for Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT. On this call, management will discuss financial results, business developments, and other matters affecting the Company.
