SAND SPRINGS, Okla., Nov. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Webco Industries, Inc. (OTC: WEBC) today reported results for our first fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2025.For our first quarter of fiscal year 2026, we had a net income of $4.8 million, or $6.79 per diluted share, while in our first quarter of fiscal year 2025, we had had a net loss of $0.1 million, or a loss of $0.13 per diluted share. Net sales for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 were $159.7 million, a 13.0 percent increase from the $141.4 million of sales in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. Dana S. Weber, Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair, stated, "We believe that the domestic manufacturing sector has been in a recession for more than the last two years.
