HOUSTON, Sept. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Weatherford International plc (NASDAQ: WFRD) (“Weatherford” or the “Company”) announced today the upsizing of its previously announced cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) for its 8.625% Senior Notes due 2030 (“Notes”) by its subsidiaries, Weatherford International, LLC and Weatherford International Ltd. (together, the “Offerors”). The Offerors have amended the terms of the Tender Offer to increase the aggregate principal amount of Notes that may be purchased pursuant to the Tender Offer to $1,300 million, on the terms and conditions of the offer to purchase, dated as of September 22, 2025 (as amended by the terms set forth herein, the “Offer to Purchase”).
