The fast-casual chicken-tender chain on Monday announced a 15-unit franchise deal that will span five counties, including Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, and Montgomery. The franchisee is SMR Capital Group led by managing partner Muhammad Ali Akbar and operating partner Jason Gilbert.
