BEAVERTON, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WiSA Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: WISA or the “Company”), a leading innovator in wireless audio technology for intelligent devices and next-generation home entertainment systems, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 153,840,000 units, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock (or pre-funded warrant in lieu thereof) and one warrant, each to purchase one (1) share of common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $10.0 million. Each unit was sold at an effective public offering price of $0.065.
