ExxonMobil CFO Kathryn Mikells will retire on Feb 1, 2026, to focus on her recovery after undergoing a series of medical procedures for a non-life-threatening health issue. Mikells has been CFO of the oil and gas company since 2021. Neil Hansen was named as Mikells successor. Hansen has worked at Exxon for the last 26 years, and since May 2025, he has been president of its Global Business Solutions division. Earlier roles include senior vice president of energy products for ExxonMobil Product Solutions and vice president of Europe, Africa and Middle East Fuels. Barbara Larson was named chief financial officer of financial reporting and compliance platform Workiva , effective Jan. 20, 2026. Larson has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership positions, including most recently serving as the finance chief of cybersecurity firm SentinelOne. Before that, Larson spent 10 years in financial leadership roles at Workday, including as CFO. She earlier held senior financial roles
