MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Kinect Corporation (NYSE: WKC) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, which is payable on January 16, 2026 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2025.Additionally, the board of directors approved an additional $150 million share repurchase authorization.
