The units are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Global Market tier and begin trading on February 13, 2026. Gross proceeds are expected to be $125M. The units begin trading on Nasdaq under "WLIIU". Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of a redeemable warrant (exercisable at $11.50 per share). The offering is expected to close on February 17, 2026.
