The Company also announced a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, an increase to the Company’s recurring quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, of common stock outstanding. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 26, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2025.
