Westlake Corporation WLK reported a loss of $544 million or $4.22 per share for the fourth quarter of 2025. This compares to a profit of $7 million or 6 cents per share in the year-ago quarter. Barring one-time items, adjusted loss per share came in at 25 cents, narrower than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of $1.44.
