TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Williams’ (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.10 annualized, on the company’s common stock, payable on March 30, 2026, to holders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2026.This is a 5% increase from Williams’ fourth-quarter 2025 quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, paid in December 2025.Some portion of this distribution may be considered a return of capital for tax purposes.
