Panera announced the launch of Panera Grocery on Wednesday, selling high-demand staple items like milk, produce and bread. Customers can order the items alongside items from the Panera menu and have it delivered or made available for pickup. Panera At Home products are also available at the local grocer. Retailers like Walmart Inc. and Kroger Co. have seen traffic to stores soar in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, which has consumers staying, at eating, more in the home.
