NEW YORK, July 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pensare Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:WRLSU) (the "Company" or “Pensare”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 27,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, one half of one warrant, each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per whole share, and one right to receive one-tenth of one share of common stock upon the consummation of the Company’s initial business combination. The units are expected to begin trading Thursday, July 27, 2017, on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol "WRLSU." Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock, warrants and rights are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbols “WRLS,” “WRLSW” and “WRLSR,” respectively.
