On today's call, we will provide an overview on the integration of Premier Financial and our strong second quarter results as well as provide an update on our outlook for 2025. Key takeaways from the call today are earnings per share of $0.91, when excluding merger-related charges, which was highlighted by a net interest margin of 3.59% and year-over-year fee income growth of 40%; solid organic loan growth and a foundation for loan and deposit growth during the second half of the year; successful customer data systems conversion of Premier Financial.
