WILMINGTON, Del., April 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Michael Paul Reed has joined WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer (CRO). Reporting to WSFS’ CEO, President and Chairman Rodger Levenson, Reed will lead all risk management functions including credit risk management, enterprise risk management, real estate services, asset recovery, legal, internal audit, loan review and regulatory compliance. Paul S. Greenplate will assume a newly created role, Executive Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
