CHICAGO, April 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wintrust Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WTFC) (“Wintrust”) today announced Board of Directors members H. Patrick Hackett Jr. and William J. Doyle will not stand for re-election and will conclude their service at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held May 28, 2026. It is anticipated that Brian A.
