ROSEMONT, Ill., Jan. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wintrust Financial Corporation (“Wintrust”, “the Company”, “we” or “our”) (Nasdaq: WTFC) announced record net income of $823.8 million, or $11.40 per diluted common share, for the year ended December 31, 2025 compared to net income of $695.0 million, or $10.31 per diluted common share for 2024. Pre-tax, pre-provision income (non-GAAP) for the year ended December 31, 2025 totaled a record $1.2 billion, compared to $1.0 billion for 2024. The Company reported record quarterly net income of $223.0 million, or $3.15 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to net income of $216.3 million, or $2.78 per diluted common share for the third quarter of 2025.
