(NYSE: WTI) (“W&T,” the “Company,” “we” or “us”) today reported final operational and financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, including the Company’s year-end 2025 reserve report. Detailed guidance for the first quarter of 2026 and full year 2026 was also provided. The Company issued Preliminary Estimated Financial Information for the Year Ended December 31, 2025 in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 9, 2026.
