CHICAGO, Feb. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: XERS), a specialty pharmaceutical company leveraging its novel technology platforms to develop and commercialize ready-to-use injectable and infusible drug formulations, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4.15 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, for gross proceeds of approximately $37.4 million. All shares of common stock will be offered by Xeris. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase from the Company up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
