GAAP results were boosted by further price appreciation of the company's 7.8% stake in Chinese panoramic camera market leader Arashi Vision, better known as "Insta360". However, lockup requirements will preclude Xunlei from selling Arashi Vision shares until H2/2026. The company's mediocre Q3 results in combination with general market weakness have resulted in investor sentiment deteriorating further. The stock has declined more than 40% from recent multi-year highs. With the market on increasingly shake ground and given the lack of near-term catalysts, I am downgrading Xunlei Limited's stock from "Strong Buy" to "Hold" while lowering my price target from $13.70 to $9.00.
