CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Imperial Oil Limited announced today that it has changed the format of its upcoming annual meeting of shareholders being held on Friday, May 1, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. (MDT) (the “meeting”) to a virtual only meeting. Shareholders may attend and participate in the meeting online via live audio webcast, but will not be able to attend the meeting in person.The move to a virtual only meeting format is in response to the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, and reflects Imperial’s commitment to ensure the health and welfare of its shareholders, directors, employees and other stakeholders.
