electric vehicles, today announces the results of the special meeting of shareholders of ElectraMeccanica (the “ Shareholders ”) held virtually on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 (the “ Meeting ”), including the adoption of the Arrangement (as defined below) by the Shareholders.
