(“XORTX” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: XRTX | TSXV: XRTX | Frankfurt: ANU), a late-stage clinical pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies to treat gout and progressive kidney disease, announces that, further to its news release of March 25, 2026, the Company has delayed the implementation of its share consolidation on the basis of one (1) new common share for every five (5) old common shares (the “Consolidation”) from March 27, 2026 to April 6, 2026, and remains subject to the receipt of all required approvals of the TSX Venture Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
