(“CompanyThe closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about October 22, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The gross proceeds from the Offering are expected to be US$1.1 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company.
