DUBAI, UAE, March 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Yalla Group Limited ("Yalla" or the "Company") (NYSE: YALA), the largest Middle East and North Africa (MENA)-based online social networking and gaming company, today announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial and Operating HighlightsRevenues were US$83.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with US$90.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.Revenues generated from chatting services in the fourth quarter of 2025 were US$53.8 million.Revenues generated from games services in the fourth quarter of 2025 were US$29.5 million.Net income was US$34.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, a 6.2% increase from US$32.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. Net margin[1] was 41.2% in the fourth quarter of 2025.Non-GAAP net income[2] was US$36.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, a 3.2% increase from US$35.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.
