CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--cbdMD, Inc. (NYSE American: YCBD, YCBD PR A), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $1.00 per share. The company has also granted to the underwriter a 45-day option to acquire an additional 2,400,000 shares to cover overallotments in connection with the offering. The gross proceeds to the Company are expected to be approximately $16,000,000 prior to deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other estimated offering expenses, and assuming no exercise of the overallotment option. The offering is expected to close on January 14, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.cbdMD intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital purposes.ThinkEquity, a division of Fordham Financial Management, Inc., is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering and The Benchmark Company, LLC is acting as co-manager for the offering.The shares described above ar
