AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- YETI Holdings, Inc. (“YETI”) (NYSE: YETI) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of 9,500,000 shares of YETI’s common stock by certain of its stockholders at a public offering price of $28.50 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,425,000 additional shares of common stock from the selling stockholders at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. YETI will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the Offering. BofA Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, and Morgan Stanley are acting as lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the Offering. Goldman Sachs & Co.
